Contact form

When you submit the Let’s connect form, I collect your name, email, and message so I can respond to your inquiry. Context / reason and phone are optional. The lawful basis is steps toward a potential engagement (and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries). Fields are emailed to me; they are not stored in a marketing CRM on this site.

Analytics cookies

Optional Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) measures page views and high-level interactions (for example form funnel steps without personal details). Analytics storage stays off until you accept. Ad storage and Google ads signals stay off. You can refuse as easily as accept.

Who receives data

Depending on how you use the site, these processors help deliver the service:

• Mailgun — delivers inquiry and confirmation emails.
• Google Analytics — usage measurement only after you accept analytics.
• Heroku — hosts the website and related server logs (IP and request metadata).

Lawful bases (plain language)

Inquiry handling: responding to your request. Optional analytics: your consent. Preference storage (remembering accept/refuse): necessary to respect your choice.

How long data is kept

Lead emails and related mailbox copies are kept while useful for the conversation, then reviewed at least every 24 months and deleted when no longer needed. Analytics retention follows the Google Analytics property settings. Hosting logs follow the host’s retention defaults.

International transfers

Processors are primarily in the United States. Where EU/EEA personal data is transferred, safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where a vendor is certified) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses apply under those vendors’ terms.

Your rights (EU/EEA and similar)

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and withdraw analytics consent at any time (Cookie settings). Email [email protected]. I aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

United States notice

This notice describes what I collect and why. California CCPA/CPRA “business” duties (including Do Not Sell or Share) likely do not apply while revenue and California personal-information volume stay under statutory thresholds; I reassess that annually. I do not sell personal information.

Preference storage

Your cookie choice is stored in the browser (localStorage key cookieAccepted). That storage only remembers your decision so the banner does not keep asking.
